Do I earn simply by joining?

Can every member see every task?
Not necessarily. Task owners can set eligibility by region, skills, capacity or other requirements.
When does a reward enter my wallet?
In the intended workflow, a task owner or authorized admin reviews the submission first. Approved rewards are then recorded in the wallet ledger.
Can I request a withdrawal?
